I'm Getting 'jerked Around' By Msn Music Service

MSN music (Media player) won't work anymore or play 'protected' songs. And MSN Music / billing 'hides' behind their corporate bureacracy so I can't talk with someone in person. I need to get an address AND contact person to speak to in person - as well as send/serve small claims papers to. They only offered a check for a couple of songs, and I'm not going to cash the check they sent until they refund/pay for ALL lost songs that won't play.
