You may be able to call metropcs and get it resolved. I have had the same problem in the past and it turned out that when the phone was activated the sales rep followed the activation steps for a different model phone than what i had. If you are on a Coolpad Quattro, its a bit defferent. I have heard many people with this complaint also I use a coolpad quattro and I cant send/receive mms messages either. Its one of the many problems this phone has and to my knowledge its not been resolved. Iff you are on a coolpad and you get it working, please email me as i would love to know how you did it.
