Help My Metro Pcs Phone Touch Screen Does Not Work

Greetings. This may be due to one the following (assuming it is and Android device)
1. Frozen and requiring a force reboot - press power button for 8 to 12 sec's or pull out the battery
2. Corrupted OS - this will require a hard reset
3. Defect touch - this will require replacement.
