How Do I Decrease The Number Of Rings Before Phone Is Answered

Unfortunately, you cannot change the number of rings before the voicemail picks up directly from your phone. The only way to change the number of rings is to call the Metro PCS customer service line and have them change it remotely. The Metro PCS customer service number is 888-863-8768.
