Alcatel One Touch Fierce Metro Pcs Delay In Receiving Notifications, Downloads

Bought this phone two weeks ago, done the second day I've been having extreme delays in sending and recording text messages, not getting any notifications for hours, downloads stop then I have to force stop play store in app settings and go back to play store to finish download...its beyond ridiculous and not somethin I wanna get in the hair of having to do all day every day, sometimes I won't get any kind off notification all day, then all at once everything comes in..pop up messages sayin different preinstalled apps have stopped, constantly going from 4g to 2g to no service in seconds without me even moving the phone... my husband has metro also nd he had no problem with signal or texts so its not the area, please help me...
