How Do I Unlock My New Phone Sim?it Says To Call Customer Care But I Cant?!
I barely just got my new phone yesterday because my old phone broke. I dont know how to use my new phone yet, and I accidently locked my SIM CARD. I havent been able to get into my phone I restarted it turned it off and on, take out and put back my SIM CARD at least 10times. its telling me to call customer care but I havent been able to because I dont have another phone avalible that has calling. I tried looking up on the interent to see if I can try UNLOCKING MY phone through a metro pcs website. however I havent found anything so far thats been helpful. is there a website where I dont have to call to unlock my SIM ON MY NEW PHONE?
