How Do I Unlock My Lgms323 Phone From Metro Pcs Please?

I have had an LGMS323 phone for a LONG time & I've been a Metro PCS client for 3+ years. I want my LGMS323 unlocked so my boyfriend can use it on his T-mobile account for a week or so. He has broken and/or lost his last 2 phones and just needs an inexpensive phone for a week or 2 until he can get another replacement phone. Please help me as Metro PCS said I am eligible and so is my phone... but the people I spoke with said they couldn't find the code. smh...

Unlocking the MetroPCS Phone

The following phones may be unlocked via an automated app.

Alcatel Fierce XL
HTC Desire 626s
Kyocera Hydro Wave
LG G Stylo, LG G Stylo White, LG K7, LG Leon LTE
Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime
ZTE Avid PLUS, ZTE Obsidian

To unlock the MetroPCS phones listed above, do the following:

Make sure you have an active data connection via 3G/4G/LTE or Wi-Fi.
From the Application list, tap Device Unlock. (Note: The application may be located in the MetroPCS folder.)
Tap Continue.
Choose the Permanent Unlock type:
If successful, restart the device to apply the settings.
1. Note: If you do not restart the device, you will have a persistent alert in the notification tray.

For all other phones, to unlock your MetroPCS phone, do the following:

Contact MetroPCS Customer Service or visit a MetroPCS Corporate Store and request the unlock code for the phone. You must provide:
- The phone number of the handset you are unlocking
- The name on the account
- The account billing PIN
