No Texting And Calls Dropping.
Have 2 phone lines with MetroPcs. We have no texting, and when we call out, the calls are dropped and it says call is lost. Tried calling c/serv 7 times, but was unable to here the agent as call kept fading out. Then calls were lost.
Our phone numbers are 727-906-5237 and 727-906-2867.My name is Judy A. Zipperer, Please resolve this issue immediately. Thanks.
