Why Cant My Phone ( I Just Bought About 6 Hrs Ago ) Load The Camera?

If the phone is running android 2.3 or 2.2 its a bug in the android os. The LG Optimus M and some of the Coolpads are effected by it. The camera works but the button on the side of the phone wont start the app. You can find the camera in the application drawer and it will initiate. If it doesnt then this is not whats happening and should be considered as defective merchindise. Since I dont know what phone you purchased I cant get any more specific than that but you do have a 7 day no questions asked return policy you can take advantage of and a 30 day warrenty as well.
