The towers are temporarily down in certain areas. According to Metropcs, they will try to get the outage posted onto their website for customer's to view.
Please keep in mind, this is temporary and Metropcs is working on this.
If preferred, you may contact Metropcs customer care 24 hours a day at 888-8metro8 then follow the prompts and you will be directed to an agent.
