If you have an Android phone you can use an app like Brightest Flashlight Free. There are several other apps available in the Google Play Store if that one doesn't work for you. If you have another type of smartphone then just search the app store on your phone for "flashlight". If you have a regular "dumb phone" then you won't be able to use the camera LED as a flashlight.
