Zte Max Blade Operating Glitch With The Charging Port

PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THE ZTE BLADE MAX WAS SOLD EVEN AFTER A BAN WAS IN ORDER AND ZTE HAS A GLITCH IN ITS OPERATING SYSTEM WITH THE CHARGING COMPONENTS AND OFFERS NO UPDATES??Ive been a loyal, on time paying customer with metro pcs for a long time. I've brought many customers to you as well. My family purchased 4 ZTE BLADE MAX PHONES and went on a family plan. These phones overheated, lost volume control and most frustrating of all, lost the ability to charge. Even the manufacturer charging cords do not read. I was told these phones have been banned and are no longer being sold. The warranty expired 2 days ago. So what now? Im almost ready to switch back to Boost mobile because of the lack of care by metro pcs. I was the 14th customer to bring back this phone model today at the main store. Was told I could upgrade only however not wanting to downgrade, I would need to pay $145-$199 for a new phone! Unacceptable! Esp because my phone is otherwise in exceptional condition with no breaks, no water damage, ect. Please help... I don't have an extra $150 for a new phone. These phones shouldn't have ever been sold to us in the first place.Sincerely,Genevieve Bobrow
