Zte Avid 4g

When I plugged my headphones into the whole for headphones only one of my headphones work but , when I plug the headphones in my sister phone she has the samsung galaxy admire 4g they both work so , I know its not the headphones & I also tried several different headphones & my phone has never been touched by any water.

I Know the Answer!

Yes I agree most likely it is a defect in the phoe, If phone is in good condition and less than a year old it does have a warranty, the only thing you pay for replacement is shipping.
