Hi. You need to hard reset it using its hardware keys (Vol +, Vol -, Power button, etc). How exactly yours is to be hard reset will depend on its model number and brand/make (eg. Samsung D600). You will either repost including its model and brand name or look up the hard rest instructions from Google by the phone's model and brand name.
