Swithing Phones

If you go to your local phone carrier store (anyone you choose), they should be able to transfer all of the things you want transfered as long as you have both of the phones. Also, it needs to be a supported phone that they can do this (they will be able to tell you they can), like some android phones, if you have an account, you automatically have your contacts, pics, etc. backed up, usually on your computer through your account. Also sometimes, if it is an older phone they can not always do it. As for cost, it is free.
