I Paid For A New Phone Yesterday And Paid For The Phone And Service On The New P
I paid for a new phone yesterday and paid for the phone and first month service. My recept says new payment due 6/24/2013. I subscribed to $25.00 unlimited talk and text. Now my phone says I have no service because I didn't pay the fee. Please explain.

You just need to make sure the phone is activated. If they didn't do so for you at the store, or didn't do it properly, you can activate it either here: http://www.metropcs.com/metro/activation/activation.jsp or since you alreacy have a recept, have it ready and call them directly to get them to activate it if the site doesn't help you out. You can call them at: 888-8metro8 and they should get you set up pretty quickly. Good luck!
