Why does my Kyocera hydro wave doesn't ring and goes straight to voicemail?

It could be that you accidentally turned ON the Call forwarding feature of your phone. All you have to do is to turn it off or deactivate it. Here's how:
1.Press Home > Phone > to display the dial pad
2. Touch *720 then call.
You will here a tone that indicates that the call divert is already off or deactivated.
If the above procedure doesn't work, this will surely do...Call your phone provider's customer service and ask if there's a block active/set on your phone.
A little click by the customer service representative and your problem is solve.
