Guidelines For Mismatched Tires

Had one tire blowout and needed to be replaced. Is there an issue with the tread depth on one tire and then the others with less tread depth? Is there an acceptable range of difference and not cause others problems for the vehicle? Buying four tires is very expensive.

There is no issue with respect to the difference in tread depth. A tire should be replaced when its tread is excessively worn.
