Emission Test In Az Fails On First Try.found To Be A Blown Fuse.

Fuse Replaced By Mechanic And Back To Emission Test And Passed. Has Happened For The Last Two Years. Would Like To Replace Said Fuse Myself, But Don't Know Which One Controls Emissions....
