Hello,

I will help you on your question.

When both of the lights come on, The vehicle is telling you there is a problem with the ABS System. The light being on will not affect the braking of the vehicle in any way, You just wont have ABS if need be. You will have to bring the vehicle to either a parts store or a repair shop to get the code read by a scan tool.

I hope this answer helps!
