05 Mercury Mariner Making High Pitched Noise!!!

05 Mercury Mariner is making a high pitched loud squealing noise. There is no way to make this short and sweet. The noise is coming from under the hood of course, and I have been to 5 different people and have gotten 5 different conclusions. I thought at 1st it was the A/C clutch, but my A/C works great. It also happens when I am starting the car or in idle or breaking, but when I accelorate, it goes away for a short time and then starts up again. Someone said that it was a Bearing? Vacuum seal? I have no idea!!! Please help me!!!
