2004 Mercury Monterey Liftgate Won't Open
I went to open the liftgate on my 2004 Mercury Monterey and nothing happens. The handle is intact but won't unlatch when I pull it. I thought it was frozen from the winter cold but I put it in my heated shop and still nothing. It always has been hard to open and have to give it a quick jerk to get the latch to let go but now there is nothing.
