Erratic Idle

my idle on my  1999 mercury villager is high and doesnt go down after the van warms up and the  orange check engine ligh.t is on.  whats wrong and i have changed the map sensor already

Replace your Air Idle Sensor... Most of the time Auto Zone can also assist... best of luck. If you haven't scanned it, I urge to do it, scanners are getting cheaper every day... You can take your code to Auto Zone, and they will gladly help you out...
