Removing Broken Oil Dipstick By Taking Off The Bottom Of The Oil Pan
The top portion of my oil dipstick (1999 Mercury Mystique) broke off. I've tried using needle nose to pull it out. A mechnic suggested removing the bottom portion of the oil pan and pulling it out from the bottom. Is there anything other than removing the bolts/screws to onsider when removing the bottom of the oil pan
