Problem With Acceleration
My 1998 mercury grand marquis LS will not excelerate past40mph...the traction control flashes on the dash &the car just cuts off from accepting me giving it gas.Now if i start the car....turn the traction control button off,so the dash is displaying trac control.....the car will not do this... i have had the car looked at by two different mechanics...both say the diagnostic on the computer gives back all good data going &coming from the car...nothings pinched underneath...all sensors are good....can u help me please
