1997 Mercury Mountaineer Ignition Problems.
I am working on a 1997 Mercury Mountaineer for my neighbor. Initially they got no reaction from the starter upon trying to start the car. They purchased a new battery which did not solve the problem. They then got a new starter which I just replaced and still has not solved the problem. I my hunch is the problem lies with the ignition switch or starter relay (if it has one). Any suggestions on where the ignition switch is or if I should look at other things.
