Cooling Fan Wiring Colors For 1996 Mercury Villiager

need to which color red or green fit engine side blue wires with stripes plug cut off engine side or if you can tell me does the fan run on slow speed or high because I know which wire goes to ac and which is cooling. I got hooked up right now with ac on high speed just want to make sure I am wright.
