First you may want to inspect the throttle body to make sure its clean. If the throttle body is dirty, it may stick open. You will have to remove the air cleaner to get to the throttle body, you can clean it with carb or throttle body cleaner. Next, check your throttle cable to make sure its not comming apart. Check it with the engine off, press down on the throttle and see if it sticks at times. Make sure there is nothing under the throttle pedal that can make it stick. Last, if you have cruise control, make sure the cable for the cruise control is not sticking, you may just want to disconnect the cruise cable for now until you can find the problem.
