I Have A Mercedes A160,just Had The Air On Re-gassed,its Not Very Cool At All,

I have a Mercedes A160 just had the air con re-gassed, but its not blowing very cool at all,i havent got a manual,could i be using the wrong operating switch,?. Many thanks
