Stuck On Cd?

I can only play ipod or radio if I have a cd playing at the same time. No audio if I don't have a cd playing. Once the cd stops...so does the MP3 or radio. Help! I pulled the back cover off to see if I could see anything obvious.  No luck. Thanks, Gina

It is probably a bad contact in the unit. You can disconnect it for a little while and then just reconnect the unit again. If the problem continues, I would recommend you have a technician review the player.
