Why Can't Customer Service Give Me A Day Or Time When My Internet Cable Can Be
our Wi-Fi cable from pole to house snapp d off pole when a tree limb fell on it July 5th I still hav no service worse no idea when they will come. Please send someone today please

Why is my internet not working Mediacom?Try rebooting the Mediacom wireless router by unplugging it from the power outlet, wait for 30 seconds, ensure the cables are securely connected, and power on the device. Check to see if your devices can connect to the wireless signal now.
