It depends what kind of phone you have and what your service is, for example, some phone don't have the feature. For me it is in the "Security" section but once again, I don't know what kind of phone you have.

We have added a new feature to our phone service that allows you to block up to 10 numbers at one time. You can access this by dialing *60 and you will enter an automated system to add or delete numbers from your blocked list.

You need to give them a call and make sure you have the *60 feature active on your account. there is no charge for the feature but it must be active in order for you to use it. After that press *60 on your phone and you will be walked through an automated process where you can block up to 10 numbers from calling in.
