I Cant Down Load The Program!!!

Today I bought the McAffee Total Protection I put in the correct activation code given. However, it just will not accept any password of mine!!! even after using upper and lowercase letters and numbers as well and thus will not let me download the antivirus program. This is really infuriating. Please help.
