I'm Getting Messages From Personal Security......

I recently received an alert from Personal Security that my computer is under THREAT as i opened an email with Trojan.  They are asking for 70 Dollars for this, Does McAfee not protect my computer.  When I run my McAfee scan its saying that I am fully protected.  Please help me and give me some advice.  Im afraid to purchase this product from Personal Security incase it's another scam!   PLEASE HELP, McAfee Customer
