I Purchase The Mcafee Internet Security 2014 Has A Retail Card Can't Download

Can't get to site to download. Don't want to purchase another item have already purchased this one. Tried calling to get help, couldn't get person to understand what my problem was. He said I needed to have my computer cleaned up and would charge me $100. He was with grugard. Said he was with MaCfee.EHJY
