I had brought some sotware and now I can't install offline.

It juust won't download for me. I have try for two days and I have verifed my subcription. Can you help me or at lest get me my refund back.

McAfee offline installation only works for the corporate edition. You may be interested to know that Microsoft recently released Security Essentials, which provides many of the virus/spyware services as McAfee at no cost to Microsoft OS customers. Also, there is an offline update option.
