I Bought A Mcafee Antivirus,but Cannot Instal.why Should I Have Topay Again 4 Su

I bought all access 2012 retail card for 5 users in the UK. i have tried to install in every possible way. It is a retail card and no option on the URL seems to help. Why is the installation process so difficult? Why am I being side lined in the process by being made to pay again for technical support when I have already paid for this product? Why is the McAfee installation process so difficult. Other products are more easily installed.
