What Would Cause Your Car To Work Fine One Minute, Then Not Start The Next?

What would cause your car to run perfect, then when you try to start it again nothing happens, no lights, no radio, no noises? The a few minutes later you try to start it and it starts right up, with the clock time showing a different time and the TCS light is flashing? We just had the battery replaced 2 months ago.
