2nd Row Sliding Seat Not Sliding.. Is That Function Out In Uk Version?

2nd Row sliding seat not sliding.. Is that function available in UK version? I don't even see such a function in the User Manual, but I clearly see the sliding rail under one of the 2nd row seat. Can you help?
