What Is The Technical Name For The Hose That Runs From The Coolant Tank(overflow

resevoir) to the radiator cap?

Radiator overflow tank hose, would be a good way to put it. Take the hose to your local auto parts store and they will cut the exact length for you. The store will have large spools of various diameter hoses in stock. They will give you the correct length and diameter hose and you'll be all set.

Another option is to measure the hose yourself. Measure the length and the outer diameter (OD) of the hose and give them the specs. But you would be better off removing it from the car (when the car is cold) and taking the hose to them.

that particular hose is known as a- pressure relief by pass hose.
