In most cases you are looking at a bad fuel tank sending unit, the only fuse, shares all of the other gauges in the cluster.

Are you able to do some testing?

Disconnect the connector at the sending unit on top of the tank. Turn the key on and the fuel gauge should go to Full. If it does, check the resistance of the sending unit looking for roughly 145 ohms with a full tank and 22 ohms with an empty tank. If the resistance is low, but the fuel level is above empty, suspect a mechanical problem with the float arm or a bad sending unit. Hope this helps you
