Why My Mazda Tribute 2,0ldelay To Develop When Start Move And It Sounds Loud T

Why my Mazda tribute 2.0L takes a time to change gear when it starts moving, It sounds laud to change a gear. the maximum speed on it is 120km per hour running with 5000rpm and sound laud with this speed and the fuel consuption in 400km is 3/4 tank.
