Does The Radiator Cap Has Tight Position?

Does the radiator cap has tight position?when low level coolant red indication appeared, Coolant topped up to max level and cap tightened properly and car engine started, after that coolant system pressure raised immediately coolant leakage started from coolant pump side.

Yes it does have a tight position unless damaged (the neck may also be damaged or dirty). Look in the cap and you should be able to figure where it seals.
