Mazda Tribute 01, I Have A Water Leak Left Hand (passenger) Side. Australia

"Mazda tribute 01, I have a water leak left hand (passenger) side. After removing glovebox noticed small black tube hanging down above fuse box wires. Where should this attach please?"
