I Need To Know How To Remove The Agitator To Clean Under It. Rubber Rug Backing
rubber backing from a rug came apart in the machine. I need to clean fragments from under the agitator . Can't reach them or pull all out with coat hanger and don't want to damage what I can't see. There is a hole in the top of the base. I'm guessing that this is key to releasing it, but couldn't locate a matching hole beneath it.
