Rusting Tub In Maytag Washer
Purchased a Maytag MVWC300VW0 in Jan 2009 from Home Depot in Hawthorne, Calif. Here in Oct 2012, noticed rust markings that had ruined some clothing. Looked in the washer to find a ring of rust around the lower tub area. Should this be happening? Aren't the materials supposed to be rust proof?
