WHY DOES CONSUMER REPORTS GIVE THIS PILE OF JUNK HIGH RATINGS WHEN IT HAS SO MANY MAJOR PROBLEMS? I GUESS WE CAN'T BELIEVE CONSUMER REPORTS EITHER???????????????????????
