Maytag Mgdc300xw1 Will Not Heat.

Thermal fuse, gas solenoid, igniter, flame sensor, hight lmit thermostat, and cycling thermostat all check out as good and dryer will still not heat. Did find that there is not 120 volts going to the ignitor. What could be causing this issue?
