Power Turns Off After Rinse Cycle, Thus Skipping The Final Spin Cycle.

The power turns completely off after the rinse cycle, skipping the final spin cycle. The water pump is clear of debris. The clean cycle doesn't run properly- no water fills and it just spins. As I'm testing a load right now on quick wash, it didn't even get to the final spin cause it's only been 10 min and it turned off. Some clothes are wet while others seem barely touched, so I'm guessing the water isn't filling all the way now. :(
