I Had A F21 Error Pump Was Replaced. Now 2 Weeks Later F01 Error.

I have owned a Maytag MHWZ600TW-Epic Z front load for 6 years. Never had a problem until recently. I got a F21 error. The repairman came out cleaned the pump and it worked for 2 weeks and then the f21 error came back. He came back out and replaced pump. Another 2 weeks passed and now I am having a F-1 error. Is it possible they put the wrong pump on my washer. The Appliance Repair will not return calls now. Thanks, Diane
